Private Yoga Sessions
Yoga in its original form was designed to be therapeutic and conducted in an individual setting with teacher and student. In this way, the teacher was able to craft a personal practice for the student, taking into account all aspects of their health and lifestyle. An experienced Yoga Therapist adapts traditional postures and breathing techniques to the idiosyncratic needs of the individual, with the goal of addressing persistent health problems, injury, stage of life or simply as preventive care.
